snap fasteners.
Sheet Casting:
We also introduced this process in India from Bonetti
s.r.l. Italy. Here the buttons are manufactured from
a sheet casted from unsaturated polyester resin and

Rod Casting:
Rod casting process of button making technology, currently
used by us is from Bonetti s.r.l. Italy, one of the
largest manufacturer and supplier of this technology

Engraving Process:
Required designs, shapes are created using advanced
computerized Laser machines by our team of CAD experts.Click

Shell Buttons:
We manufacture shell buttons "the real mother of
pearl" by using shell-cutting technology from Bonetti
s.r.l. Italy. Here different type of river and seashells
are collected. These are then washed and cut for specific
sizes by diamond cutters from Germany.Click here

The Moulding
Process: Moulding process of button technology
is another area of our expertise in button manufacturing.In
this process the polyester material is moulded in to
shapes of button using dyes. Click here

Snap Fasteners:
We manufacture snap fasteners of very rich finish with
perfect mechanical properties i.e., the stud (male portion)
and the socket (female portion) match perfectly for
easy opening and closing of snap button. These buttons
enjoy the import substitute status in the Indian markets.
